Name: Coriathorn Nickname: Thorn Type: European Gender: female Age: 14 Clan: Juthivar Position: Hunter Magic (Strength): Water: Mastered Air: Very Strong Fire: Strong Appearance: Thorn’s scales are such a dark green, they are nearly mistaken for black. They lay flat and smooth most of the time, but if she is threatened, they bristle up into a sheet of sharp armor. The scales along her underside are larger, acting as plate armor, and are a deeper color. She has a line of long spikes running down her spine. Her eyes are a dull gray-green color while her spikes and claws are the deepest black. Her wing edges are torn up, but she can still fly very well on them. Her tail ends in a spray of spines that looks like a tuft of fur from far away. Her body is well toned, but Thorn isn’t particularly attractive, due to a large white scar that goes from her right cheekbone to the base of her jaw. She is 16 feet tall, 35 feet long, and has a wingspan of 75 feet. Personality: Thorn is a born and raised hunter, so she is constantly aware of her surroundings. She is a quiet dragon with a good heart that would not hurt a thing without good reason. However, if you saw her hunt, you would think that she was a lean, green, killing machine. However she only kills if forced to. Her movement is as stealthy as a cat’s, yet as fluid as a snake’s. She enjoys navigating the forests and carving fallen branches that she finds. Thorn is occasionally plagued with odd visions, usually in the night. They often predict something in the near future, but every so often they show something that happened long ago. She tells no one of her visions unless it involves them being greatly injured. History: Thorn was the youngest of a clutch of three, all female. Her mother and father taught her how to hunt for they figured that each sister should have something they are the best at. However, the sisters shared their skills to one another, allowing for all to be equally great hunters, magicians, and artisans. Thorn and her sisters had their first visions when they were 5. It was a vision of a dragon collapsing in a storm outside the cave they lived in. They told their parents, who thought that they just had a bad dream. A day later, there was a vicious storm. When it had subsided, her parents heard faint moaning outside on the ground, and upon investigation, found a dragon. He had collapsed during the storm…as thorn and her sisters saw. When Thorn and her sisters were 7 when they foresaw an attack on their parents, and warned them of it. They were seen fighting a rouge dragon in the deep night. Their parents managed to fend off the rouge long enough to let Thorn and her sisters escape, and then somehow escaped as well. However, they weren’t able to find each other, so Thorn and her sisters decided to wait for their parents, taking turns hunting, relaxing, and acting as look out. After another 5 dragon years of honing their skills and waiting, they decided to split ways. The eldest sister went to the Furick clan, the middle sister to the Kukiron clan, and Thorn went to the Juthivar clan. Once there, Thorn quickly joined the ranks of hunters in the clan, continually honing her skills in hunting and magic. Picture:  I did not draw this, I found it online. I know, it's gigantonormus |
