Name: Sandstorm Dragon Type: Western European Age: 11 dragon years Gender: Female Clan: Kukiron Clan Position Desired: Huntress Magic: Wind: Mastered Water: Very Strong Fire: Strong Healing: Above Average Appearance: Sandstorm has sandy yellow scales that act as armor, but do not weigh her down. They also provide camouflage for hunting, at least in the desert they do. Her wings have slightly torn edges but are powerful. She has very small finlike ears on either side of her head that lie flat. Wide purple scales cut a smooth diamond shape from the top of her forehead to the tip of her snout. A white ridge tinged with purple runs down her back. Sandstorm has short front and hind legs. She has short, white, slightly curled horns on her head. A single band of orange scales stretch around her neck, and when she angles her neck upright, it reveals another larger orange scale with a black four-point star in the middle, looking like a necklace with a pendant. Another band of blue scales look like a bracelet curling around her wrist of her right front leg. Her tail ends in a small tuft of brown fur. She is about 14 feet tall and 26 feet long with a wingspan of 57 feet. Personality: Sandstorm sometimes finds it hard to make friends when nobody has the same interests as her. She doesn’t usually hold grudges against other dragons. Still, she seems to be an outcast. Sandstorm loves to fly, swim, turn sand into glass, and aimlessly draw in the sand with one of her claws for hours on end. Sandstorm doesn’t like to fight, but will if necessary. If it is not prey, she usually only renders the foe helpless, then gives it a chance to live. She would protect anyone who is in trouble. She is a bit faster than most dragons and relies on equally fast attacks. History: Sandstorm was raised in the Central Plains by two dragons that were not in any clan. She lived happily with her sister and two brothers until she was 8 dragon years old. One day, her parents said to them that they were going hunting and left, but never came back. Sandstorm and her siblings were crushed by this, but did not think that they left them on purpose and something must have either killed them or taken them away. After many days of waiting, her two brothers both left for the mountains to join the Furick clan. Sandstorm and her younger sister, both of whom had always loved to watch the dragons in the desert (Kukiron clan territory) near the plains, left their home and went to join the Kukiron clan.
