Dragon of the masters

It had been several weeks since the vicious encounter the group of dragons from the various clan have had with the Jorthian on the border of the Vervion Falls and the Central Plains. Silvera in this time had become a bit more sensitive about everything around her considering that she was now expecting to be a mother with her eggs already have been laid and were back at home safely inside their den that was carved out of the Tree of Life. To think that I almost died that day, and now I'm only a week or two away from being a mother. She thought to herself as she made her way over the Suni Strait and landed on the outer breech of the ice caves and started making her way inside to the designated meeting area that the clans had decided upon would be the safest place to meet.

As she passed through the frozen walls, her mind started running rapid with a mixture of thoughts. Most of the thoughts were trying to think of ways to deal with the Jorthian that had came to the lands effectively because she knew from what the other monster had told them, there were four more coming, and if they allowed all five of them to breech the surface at the same time, there would be no possible way to stop them. Any attacks dealing with magic wouldn't have any effect on him as he would regenerate the afflicted area almost instantly, and physical attacks wouldn't work because of the venom. How the hell are we supposed to beat this thing!? She thought to herself as she made her way deeper into the caves into a large room. She took a position over next to one of the walls that appeared to bit a bit larger than some of the others and the sat back on her haunches to make herself more comfortable while she was waiting for all the others who would show at this meeting.

Nira had only been to the Ice Caves south of Silvera's lands once up until this point, and now it had been decided that the continental meeting that was going to take place about the discussion for he Jorthians in those cave. I do not foresee things getting much better here in the near future. Most of the other dragons would have to cross almost the entire continent, at least the ones from Kukiron would, and it would drag them right through the territory of the Jorthian that was already present.

thinking of the Jorthian she remembered the agonizing pain that the venom that the monster secreted into her wing when she had hit it causing her to lose feeling all over her body. She shuddered at the memory as the ice caves started to come into her sights once again.

The skies were overcast this time though which was great for her. She used the overcast to glide through the Jorthian's territory without notice as the rains below her and the water within the clouds blocked her scent, and the clouds blocked her from sight. With the overcast though came some cooler temperatures, and she in truth was wondering how the others of Kukiron would react to the extreme cold that was inside the caves. She had mastered both ice and fire so she could live in cold with ease, but she didn't know about the rest in her clan. She knew that Phejorach may not be to fond of this place as he has no magic, but she would do what she could to keep her mate warm when he got there.

She landed on the lip of the cave that she had landed on before and started going down to the large chamber where she had met the elemental dragon in before. When she entered the chamber she noticed that Silvera was already there. Not surprised that you beat everyone here. You do have the shortest flight to get here. Nira told her taking a seated position next to her.

Yeah, though I only just got here myself. I haven't been seated for but maybe a few minutes. Nira heard her reply.

Nira then Nuzzled Silvera on the side of her neck behind her jaw. I heard from Cobra that you're going to be a mother soon if not already. Congratulations. She said dipping her head in respect.

She watched as Silvera nodded her head in response, then heard her tell her, Yes, I've never been so happy before. Soon to be a mother of three once all the eggs hatch.

Three of them? Sounds like your talons are going to be full for a while. Nira told her jokingly trying to at least lighten the atmosphere a bit before the hell started.

Aoi:
Let's see what they have to offer...

The sound of two wings beating hard and fast was all that the pair could hear as Aoi and Thanatos made their way from the falls to the meeting place. Though neither of them was in a clan, nor mates for that matter, they had taken it upon them self to be wing men for each other since they lived so close and hunted the same places. Neither had meet the monster that was now said to rule over a part of the land but each knew that they could not allow their fate to rely on a group of dragons they hardly know, or liked as in Aoi's case.

The black female looked over at the metal bull, taking note as he kept scanning the skies. "Relax." She told him softly. "No harm will come to us... yet."

Thanatos:
With magic or might, I will fight...

Thanatos turned to look at the female, only slightly hearing what she said as his mind turned to other matters. His companion seemed to be coming out here for her own hide as he was coming to the meeting to help out any way he could. He was not to worried about the trip there, it was the place that bothered him as he knew that the monster would most likely attack everyone once the meeting started, not picking off dragons one by one.

The thought made him even more on edge, feeling the warm climate turn slightly chilly as they flew closer to the island. "Why are you here?" Keeping his eyes forward as he lead them but watching her from the corner of his eye.

The question made her smirk. "That is none of your business. Smiling as that got a growl from him but he did not press the matter. She was coming for her own reasons.

Bone:
The voices are pleasant

Someone, no something, had urged him to come here. The undead beast had been happy laying in Selicarian Lake, the crystals seeming to sing to him with magic as he would lay there in bliss as the voices in his head would be drowned out by the songs in that small underwater cavern. It was due to these small rock formations that had kept the undead monster from going out and reeking havoc and so it was due to those same crystals that Bone found him self, once again, laying near an island that was filled with magic.

Several days ago the songs of the crystals went from a pleasant sound to one of despair and sadness. They talked of a great evil that was threating to over turn the land and kill or enslave all that it could. He ignored it for the most part, but soon the soft songs of dispare turned into wailing, sending even the giant undead dragon to flee from it, all the while feeling like another voice had joined the ranks of the ones he already had.

This new voice was unlike the others, no were near as blood thirsty and held the same tone as the voices in the crystals. He accepted the new voice and followed its advice of coming to this island. The cold was nothing to him, having no skin did have it perks. He laid there as a heap of bones in another cave of ice, close to a large opening as the voice told him to. It was urging him to be near but not seen. He could hear and see everything clearly, even more so as the new voice in his head seemed to know just what would happen and for once keeping the other three at bay.

Fist only one silver blue female flew over head, seeming to be worried and yet happy about something. She was shortly followed by a purple female, one that even made the undead beast growl as he laid as a pile of bones on the frozen sheet some. He wanted to get up and kill the purple dragon, not sure why as it seemed she did something to him long ago, but was quickly hushed to remain as he was by the soothing voice almost putting the crazed beast into a sleep.

Two more soon flew over head, once again the female in the group making him remember something that was just out of reach but the voice held fast and kept the undead beast from moving. It seemed that a meeting was being held here and for that reason alone, he knew something was about happen.

He landed first followed by the black female Aoi. He could smell two other females as he walked on the sheet of ice going to where the smells were coming from. Than payed no mind as Aoi followed him, since they had made it to the place alive they no longer needed each other until they took back off for their home.

Aoi's lips quivered as she noticed the smell of Nira from any where. It took all of her will power to keep from attacking the purple female, even though she agreed to be civil to the other some memories were hard to keep back. "No surprise that you two made it in one piece." Greeting the other two even though her voice sounded rough. She took a spot out to get some sun, laying her bulk down to rest as she payed no mind to her traveling companion.

Thanatos stood there slightly surprised due to how rude Aoi greeted the two females. "My name is Thanatos, and I have come to be of any assistance I can be." Bowing some since he did not know who was a leader of a clan and who was not. He then took a seat away from the three so he could better defend him self if things went wrong.

Aries flew slowly back towards the Ice Caves, filled with trepidation and worry. Silvera had left before her and she hadn't pushed herself to catch up with her. My old master's resting place.. she thought and shuddered violently, dropping a foot before regaining the lost height. And this meeting about the Jorthian.. I hope it can go well. From what Silvera said, neither physical nor magical dagame can hurt him.. What about cutting off vital areas? or finding out how it heals himself and negating that.. I could use healing against it.. At that, she shuddered some more. Or we could shut off vital functions, like sever the brain stem, if we can.. That might stop it, though the others have probably already tried such tactics..

She continued mulling such tactics over in her mind as the ice caves came into view and she landed on the familiar terrain. There I'd practice magic with him.. And there healing.. And there I once got startled by a seal.. she reminisced, grinning very slightly as she entered the caves, seeing a large congregation of dragons already. Some, she recognized. Others she hoped to meet.

Hello everyone. she greeted them all evenly, her head slightly bowed as she carried herself over to Silvera and Nira and sat down next to Silvera, nodding once to both of them before she turned and stared at the walls of ice. She knew it would have been best to greet the other dragons more formally and respectfully, or at least more openly, but her mind was quite absent.

(Hope you don't mind me joining.)
Dawn was resting peace fully until she heard dragons above. She slowly lifted her head to peer above her. That's right. A meeting was called today. she thougt to herself as she started to push up into the sky. Dawn nevered really encountered a Jorthian in a fight. But she has seen one. A shiver trailed up her spine as she followed the scents towards and island.
Dawn soon started to shiver slightly and tried to use her fire magic to keep warm. She looked down to were the cold was coming from. An island made of ice lay before her. So this is were the meeting is going to be held. I sure hope nothing happens while we are here. Dawn was willing to share some ideas she had on fighting a Jorthian.
She started to lower herself and was careful of not slipping. Dawn continued to follow the scents laid out before her. When the trail lead to a cave she spotted a few dragons that had already arrived. She saw her clan leader, who had already laid her eggs. But she never met her fully. A purple dragoness was close by along with a male and a female. Dawn took up the chance to speak after the one that intoduced himself as Thantos. My name is Dawn. And I too, hope to be of assistance. she said, before turning to her clan leader. Also, I can't wait to see your children running around.

Frostica woke up from an odd dream. She had only remembered bits and pieces of it, so she just dismissed the dream and sat up. She stretched her front legs far out in front of her, and got up and yawned. As she finished yawning she noticed several scents coming from the tunnel out of her cave, none that she recognized. Curious, she walked down the tunnel, following she traces of the scent.
The scents led her to a familiar cave, the large cave that she had met Nira in. She cautiously peered around the bend in the tunnel into the cave to see who was in there, and quickly drew back. More dragons than she had ever seen before were sitting in the cave. There's six dragons in there! Frostica thought. Why have they all come to this particular cave? Is there a meeting of some sort?
She peered around the bend again, trying to see if there was someone she recognized. Suddenly she spotted Nira sitting on the cave floor. Nira! Someone here who can explain this to me! she thought, but didn't go and ask her about the unusual group of dragons. Instead she drew back, still scared of meeting so many dragons at once.

Morrigan was gliding in the layer of grey overcast, her mind abuzz. She and Macha had yet to seek out Silvera like they had promised Nira. Neither of them knew why they hadn't done it yet; maybe it was the fear of meeting someone so high up in a clan, maybe it was a fear of the clan aspect in itself. Morrigan shook her head. Now was not the time for why they hadn't, but when they would. All Morri was sure of was that there was supposed to be a meeting in the caves of Suni about the Jorthians, and from what she had heard, it was greatly needed. Dropping down just under the cloud surface, Morrigan saw the ocean beneath her and knew that it was safe to fly lower now. She kept gliding towards the caves, wishing that she had Macha with her. Babd's death had shaken Macha deeply, and she was taking the day to visit Babd's grave site. Macha tried to be so hard to be strong for both of them, but Morrigan felt her sister's sorrow building.

A hole had appeared in the clouds, and Morrigan could see the sunbeam fall on what appeared at first glance like an iceberg in the distance. She gave herself one last push before pulling her wings in and diving down just above the waves. Morrigan rose again, the caves coming ever closer.

When her claws hit the ice ledge, Morrigan unfurled her wings and angled them like a drag chute to expend her remaining momentum. She could smell several dragons in a nearby cave and began walking in that direction, her claws clicking on the ice. When she turned the corner into the cave, she pulled back quickly. Nira was here. Morrigan took a deep breath and hoped Nira wouldn't be too upset that she and Macha hadn't found Silvera yet. She stepped back around the corner just as the red dragon introduced herself as Dawn and mentioned something about one of the dragons going to be a mother soon. Morrigan didn't understand the last part, but disregarded it. If it was important, someone would clarify at some point. Taking a deep breath, Morrigan waited a few seconds before introducing herself. I'm Morrigan, Morri for short. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to help, but I'll try. Morrigan tensed a little on instinct, used to being criticized for her words.

Kodak flew past his home towards the meeting. He was a little ahead of Cobra scouting to make sure it was safe. He didn't want Cobra to see what he had to face if it had come back. He smiled as the wind brushed over his scales. It was actually nice in the desert today. He looked back at Cobra who seemed lost in thought. She must have caught his eye because she smiled. Who do you think will be there? He ignored what they could see of the volcanoe, he took the best route around it.

Cobra

Cobra flew on behind Kodak. They had left everbody else behind, not telling them they couldn't come. She was thinking about Calypitic and if he would come when she noticed Kodak look back at her. She smiled. I know Nira already left. I'm certain Silvera will be there, maybe even Frostica, the very nice dragon that lives there. I will be glad to see her again, the last time I saw her rouge dragons had attacked and killed another lonre dragon. Thats all I can guess. Don't forget to congradulate Sil on her eggs. Oh, Aries and Zircon might show up too, I'm not sure. They were at the caves now. When they landed she led Kodak to the cavce they were meeting in, knowing them well. Her and Kodak said hi to everyone and Kodak congradulated Sil. There was something there that spooked Cobra a little. She new it wasn't any dragon she could see. Maybe theres a dragon hiding? I hope its on our side. She then could sense Frostica nearby. She silently urged her to come out with her mind, not wanting anybody to know where she was so she could come out when she felt most comfortable.

Awoken by Dawn mumbling about a meeting. Avalon had told her to have fun, taking a while to realise what meeting she was talking about. The one in the caves about the Jorthians. He shot upright and out of his nest, disturbing his neighbor. Sorry. He took off, wanting to get there soon. When he got there he sat down next to Dawn. The only greeting he gave was a respectful bow to Sil and he siad hi to Aries. He didn't know anyone else there nor did he want to.

How much longer do you think it will be before any of the others show up? Nira asked Silvera. She was becoming a bit impatient about being the only two here right now. It wasn't so much that she was anxious to get everything out in the open and work on finding away to get rid of the damn Jorthian to make the plains save again, it was the simple fact that everything wasn't save right now. Most of the others would have to partially fly though the beast's territory, and hat in itself could cause problems.

Just relax Nira, They shouldn't be too much longer.

I just don't want anything to happen to anyone while they are on their way here. That monster could be hiding anywhere.

As long as they stay about the clouds in the northern regions, then they should have no problems getting here.
Silvera told her.

She was just as calm about the matter as she was about everything else. Even after finding out about her, and thus revealing the fact that she was who Nira was hoping she wasn't she still cared for her and was willing to protect her. Something that Nira herself now would do for her at any given cost. Silvera now has young that she will need to stay healthy for and raise. She couldn't let these young grow up without their mother. She wouldn't allow it.

After a few more minutes, the first of the others started arriving. The first one to enter the cave was Aoi, of which Nira had some mixed emotions about. It wasn't that Nira didn't like her, it was the fact that she know that Aoi hated her, and had every right to. She said that she wasn't surprised to find the two of them here in one piece as another dragon entered the cave introducing himself as Thanatos. Both her and Silvera nodded at the both of them as no sooner did they get into the cave, Aries came in and found herself a spot on the other side of Sil with Silvera extending a wing over her back nuzzling her gently. Makes me wish I had a sister She said to herself watching them as Aries addressed the others.

Afterwards a young black dragoness with a golden strip on her back and violet wings and underside started making her way into the cave. Wow, she's the first other dragon. I've seen have purple on her other than myself. She thought to herself as the dragoness introduced herself as Dawn and spoke to Silvera about her young.

Yes, I too look forward to the day that they hatch. It will definitely be a memorable experience She replied as Morrigan walked into the room. She was a bit surprised though not to see Macha with her, and began wondering if something happened. As she started to say something though three more dragons entered the cave. Kodak and Cobra were among them. Good they made it Nira said to herself relieved. They were followed by another black dragon who seemed rather large and a silvery tinge on his horns and his spines giving him a majestic look.

I thank all of you for taking the risks of coming out here today. I will wait to start all the officialities until we are certain that there aren't any others coming. She told everyone as they settled down in the room.

Aoi:
A long drawn out meeting... how boring

Several more dragons entered the cave, gaining little of Aoi's interest as she laid there watching everything. From what she could gather Silvera had laid some eggs, making the black beast tense some but quickly relaxed before anyone would notice. She cleared her throat, clearly wishing to get this meeting going instead of slowly beating around the bush.

"Why must we wait?" Her voice coming out in a hiss as she was clearly uneasy. "All the land knows of this meeting, do you dare test luck and see if that beast knows about it as well?" She noticed some looking at her. "What do we know of this thing? That so far none of us have the power to even hurt it."

Thanatos:
Patients is a virtue...

"Aoi... enough." The metal beast growled softly, not wishing to have a fight break out. "If the head of the meeting says we will wait then we shall."

"I did not risk life and limb to come and wait. We can at least start with what we know or what has been found out and we can fill in those that join with a short summary. For starters everyone here should know just who is controlling these monsters." She looked at Nira. "The thing that use to be in her is controlling them, and from the way that bitch sounded she's hell bent on making everyone pay that knew her and those in this land as well."

Bone:
This might be fun...

The undead beast laid there, taking in the dragons that entered the cave and growing slightly excited as he knew the meeting would start though. He nearly chuckled though as a black female spoke up, clearly reminding him of someone in his past that was the same way.

'Could it be...?' He started to wonder but was quickly snapped out of it as the new voice in his head. All he could do though was watch as how the others would take to the new outburst from the uppity female.

((Yeah not much but something to get the muse going. lol))

Aries nuzzled Silvera back, but made no comment as the caves slowly filled up with those attending the meeting. She briefly caught Nira's eye and nodded; they were going to tell the meeting what they had found out when they had confronted the Jorthian almost a week ago. She gave Silvera a quick, apprehensive look, as she hadn't told her sister what they'd done in case she worried about them.

However, when the black dragon Aries heard another call Aoi stood up and started hissing, she stood up, her muscles tensed. We can hurt it. she said loudly, then caught herself and lay down again, keeping her tone civil. Nira and I accosted the beast almost a week ago and tested its strengths and weaknesses. Here she stopped for a second and glanced at Silvera, but carried on. Having planned beforehand, we could escape with our lives by hiding in the Selicarean caves. Energy magic can hurt it, and pretty badly. At the same time, I may have found a way to nullify its recovering process, but I can't be sure. We can kill this thing; it isn't indestructible. So panicing yourself and everyone else won't do us any good. she told Aoi again, still in forced calm.

Dawn listened to Aries intently. She was still tense from the dragoness called Aoi started hissing. She glanced over to Avalon, and then looked at the dragons that were here. Dawn could sense another dragon, but didn't want to bring it up at the moment. Since it would of attacked them by now if it ment harm.I also know of a way. said Dawn, her voice barely louder than a whisper. She waited to make sure she was heard but continued on. I was told stories about a dragon that was brought back from the dead, and cursed to live this earth with out the ability to die again, since he is already dead. she said but didn't want to continue. I probably sound like an idoit. she thought to her self and looked down to the ground.

I remember now. There was supposed to be a meeting sometime about the Jorthian. This must be what it is. Frostica thought as she watched more dragons enter the cave. The first was a gray dragoness that introduced herself as Morrigan. Her voice sounds oddly familiar… Frostica thought as she watched the dragoness tense a little. Her attention quickly turned to the three new dragons that entered the cave. The first one was completely black. Then Frostica noticed that she recognized the green dragoness behind him. Cobra! Frostica thought. Then she somehow knew that Cobra had noticed that she was nearby. Taking care to be as quiet as she could, Frostica inched forward a couple feet, still trying to keep herself camouflaged but also trying to get a better look of what was happening in the cave. The third dragon was black like the other one.
Frostica stayed motionless as Nira started to speak to everyone. When she said that she would wait until they were certain that no one else would be coming, a black dragoness spoke up, asking why they should wait. It was then that the dragon beside her told her enough, calling her Aoi. The black dragoness then spoke a little longer before falling silent. A white dragoness stood up and spoke to Aoi about how to wound the Jorthian. The beast sounds immensely strong. Frostica thought. Then another black dragoness mentioned a revived dragon that could never die again. Wow… Amazing! There are dragons like that on Selzar? I never thought of that happening… she thought. Realizing that her tail was twitching in excitement, she quickly froze, hoping that no one had noticed. She didn’t want them to say anything about her and have the whole group notice her. Being the center of attention in front of a huge group like this was something she didn’t like.

Morrigan watched as three dragons came after her, one female and two males. She relaxed a little, mostly because she doubted that Nira would chew her out. She heard the silver dragon say that they would wait, which caused a black female to begin hissing, saying she didn't come all this way to wait. A white dragoness then stood up and said that they could hurt it, and that she and Nira had tested it's strengths and weaknesses and found that energy magic could hurt it badly. And hiding in the Selicarean caves was how the managed to live. She turned as the dragoness who had introduced herself as Dawn began to speak of an undead dragon who might be able to help. It sounded like no more than a legend, but as Morrigan knew from experience, all legends had roots in reality. A flicker of movement in the tunnel beyond caught Morrigan's eye. She turned to see what it was, only to be greeted by a view of the tunnel beyond. I could've sworn I saw that piece of ice move... Maybe it was that ice dragon that I saw a while ago in here.... Yeah, I think it is! Morrigan subtly nodded to the ice dragon she thought was in the tunnel. She turned to Dawn. Do you know where he might be? If he is truly undead, as you say, then I doubt there will be any blood left in his veins to poison. Although living for so long means he must have seen many terrible things, and for all we know, he could be quite insane. Morrigan settled herself more comfortably, shifting her weight back.

Dawn raised her head to the dragon talking to her. Apparently she didn't think she was a fool. She looked around the group before speaking. The last time I heard of him, he was to be found here. But from the stories, he responds to no one. He only responds to the ones he wants to be called by.Dawn said her eyes closing for a little while

When she spoke once more her voice was loud a clear,If memory serves me correctly, his name...his name is Bone. she starred at each and every dragon. But, I really doubt he will answer to one of us. I know a few things about him and such. But those were stories, technically. I don't think we know him well enough.Dawn backed away to Avalon's side.

Storm was leaving his cave for a hunt when he encountered a a large grouping of scents and sounds coming down the tunnels. He approached carefully not wanting to startle anyone and possibly cause a fight. Close to the end of the tunnel he peers around the corner and looks into a cave full of dragons, a cave of dragons blocking his path to the exit. 'Why are there so many dragons in the caves,' he thought to himself. 'I'm going to check this out,' he thought to himself as he used his ability to disappear from sight to become invisible and creep into the back of the cave. He took a place in the back of the cave away from the other dragons and sat down to listen hoping no one had noticed the air moving as he entered the cave.

Kodak sat down next to his leader and watched the next dragon to come in. It was all black like him but with different horns and eyes. He rolled his eyes when a dragon called Aoi started hissing about starting the meeting. He lay down and rested his head on his paws. He wanted to say something but knew if he did that he might lose it. He just stared off defiance blazing in his eyes. He didnt like impatient draogns. He was used to dragons waiting unti leveryone was there to start any big talk. When he looked around with his eyes he could have swore he saw ice moving. He ignored it. Then he felt a slight breeze that shouldnt be there. He growled quietly.

Cobra

She sat still as the next dragon walked in only accnologing Silvera. She also watched as a draong called Aoi startes saying that they should start the meeting. She was used to draogn speaking out like that and being impatient when she was speaking about important matters. We will start the meetin when everyone comes. If they show up in the next couple of minutes. you must be patient. She closed her eyes listening to another dragon mention a draogn that is already dead whos name is Bone.

Avalon ignored the dragon that spoke out sayinh they should start. He didnt really care much about it. Then he listened to Dawn talk about the dragon Bone. He didnt want to let anyones hopes get too high. Its no use hoping that he will come. After I killed my family I searched for him day and night. My mother always told me stories about him and sang songs. He intrigued me deeply. I never saw a single sign that he was alive. He licked Dawn's cheek lightly with his tongue. His scales rattled when he felt a small barely even noticable breeze in the room.Whoevers in here mine as well come out now because I know your here. He looked around for what was causing the breeze.

Argaloth had heard from Silvera that there was a meeting, and a very important one, implicating the safety of his clan. That made it a must-go for him. He hadn't rushed while preparing to take off. The air had seemed perfectly clear of any bad intentions at the Furick lands, so he saw no need to hurry.

While he flew the short distance between the meeting place and the clan lands, however, he started to sense a strange change of airs. The air seemed to tense around his very body. Argaloth's nostrils started to vibrate when he smelled something disgusting. But as soon as it had come it vanished. The urge to rush had come stronger, so he made longer and stronger strokes with his wings.

After a while he saw some dragons on the ground and concluded that he was at the spot. He made a slow descent, not wanting to concern any of the fellow dragons. He landed as flawlessly as always in an open spot a few feet away from the entrance of the cave. He distinguished Silvera and Cobra in between the other dragons. The air tensed again, and he looked around calmly, wanting to find the cause of this sudden change in the air.

He was distracted by what he heard in the group of dragons and he walked over to the cave's entrance. "I am sorry to disturb the conversation, and I am sorry that I cannot greet everyone by name." He nodded in the direction of Silvera and Cobra, the other clan leaders, not wanting to be rude towards the other dragons by only greeting Silvera and Cobra by name. "Let me introduce myself to the ones that don't know me as of yet. I am called Argaloth." He was clearly one of the largest dragons there. One purple female was almost as big as he was, but she was more proportioned than he was.

After making sure the eggs were warm and safe, and all of the other clan matters where taken care of, Zircon could finally fly after Silvera, who had already gone to the cave in which the meeting would take place.

Slightly annoyed by the fact that he was later then expected, he took off with large strokes. When he was high enough to fly comfortable, he looked down at the earth. It looked normal, though Zircon felt something was off. The lands are changing. He sighed. He didn't want any of this to be happening, but it was, so he could better prepare himself for it.

The air surrounding him grew colder, and he knew he had reached the icy caves. He inhaled deeply, taking in all the scents of the earlier arrived dragons, recognizing most of them. He saw Argaloth entering the cave, and he prepared himself for the landing.

As he entered the cave, he listened to the soft murmurs of the distant talking. Has the meeting already begun? I hope I'm not to late. Zircon let his eyes glide over the present dragons. "I am sorry that I arrived so late. For those whom I've not met before, my name is Zircon." He said with a shot nod of his head. As he walked to take the place next to Aries, he nodded to each dragon he passed to show his respect. His eyes lingered on Silvera's face. She looked slightly relaxed, though he could see the tension underneath. He smiled softly at her before sitting down.

Dragon of the masters

The reason that we are waiting Aoi, is because the meeting itself will take twice as long to run if we explain everything now, and then having to turn right back around only a few minutes later when someone else walks into the room, Silvera told her with Zircon and Argoloth entering the meeting as well as a smaller ebony dragon she immediately recognized as Zil'caron who made his way over. Silvera scooted over a bit so that he could be seated next to Aries. She flicked her tongue out just enough to graze Zircon on the side of his cheek as he passed by her taking a seated position just on the other side of Aries. The both had been so much happier since she had laid her eggs, and now it was only a matter of time before they hatched. She turned to Aoi again, My case and point, she said looking up as there was further discussion about the skeletal dragon in the room. Apparently his name was Bone. Ironic... she thought. It was also brought up that he was an undead dragon and couldn't die.

I think that you all forget who we're dealing with here. The Jorthians are the tip of the iceberg. Luthicia is the one that's behind it all and she's a demon straight from the underworld. If there is anyone capable of killing an undead, it would be her and these beasts, she responded. She looked around the room and noticed the native frost dragon that lived here in the cave trying to stay back out of the group. She was very beautiful and was radiating with elegance. She decided to just let her be. If she wanted to take part in this, then she would when she was ready. They were in her home after all. She's probably just curious as to what is going on. I do believe everyone is here now though, so this meeting is hereby called in session.

Silvera looked around the room ad the large number of dragons that were in the room. Counting herself there were a total of thirteen dragons here. With this many a standard meeting would be difficult to keep under control, and there isn't anything she can do with anyone that is not of her clan. As Aoi had mentioned, it's best that we start off this meeting by what we do know about the best. We know that most normal magics won't affect the beast at all, and almost any damage done to it is regenerated. We also know that Luthicia, the demon that had forced Nira to do and had cause her so much harm in the past is the one controlling them. I do not find Nira in the blame though. She did what she had to in order to get the wretched beast out of her. How could she have known something like this was going to happen?

We also know that the Jorthian lives in the volcano that had recently formed in The Central Plains. From this point forward, this volcano shall be known as Jorthian mountain as we know of it living there. It has been brought to my attention that Aries, Nira, and Zil'caron have been to this place and have found some success in how to efficiently damage the beast. Even with their found success, they still barely escaped with their lives from what I heard.

Yes, I was actually on my way out to the Plains of Juthivar to check up on Sil to see how she was recovering from our last encounter with the beast. For those of you who haven't heard about it yet, she was about a scales thickness from dying, and our scales aren't very thick to begin with. Well, at least the scales on most of us. Silvera was fighting the beast ironically enough to protect me from it after I had already been hit and paralyzed with it's venom. Fortunately, the poison had been burned out of my system by that time by a healer with fire magic, which to this day her name I still don't remember. She took a direct hit from an open claw from this beast and sent her through a wall of trees by a hundred yards. It took three highly advanced healers with the use of my energy almost a half a day to get her stable enough for us to get her home.

Aries came in a few months later and was at the falls. I, as I had already mentioned, was on my way to check up on Sil when I discovered her. From that point she told me what she was out there to do, and at this point I knew that she was Silvera's sister. She wanted to go in and go after the Jorthian to see if it had any weaknesses or a way where she could reverse the regeneration process. On our way in, young Zil'caron over here joined us. We were also joined by another dragoness later on, but she's not present at the meeting right now.

In the end, we were successful. We found a couple weaknesses that we can target that will help us kill the beast. The best had hit us pretty hard though, and the effects of the poison were already starting to sink in. If it wasn't for Kodak finding me at the southern banks of Lake Lorigara, I would not be here today. And Zil'caron it's nice to see you alive as well, neither Aries or I saw you make it out of the volcano before it erupted,
She told him

He had heard from Aries about there being an important meeting about the Jorthian and that the information that they had gathered from their time in the volcano together with Alara and Nira was going to be needed. When she asked if he would be there he nodded without a second thought. His feelings for her had only strengthened since their time at the volcano and was not to the point where he was almost certain that what he felt for her was love. No, not almost certain. He did love her, and he would do everything he could to protect her. He knew that she wasn't a push over herself, but still, it made him feel bigger knowing that there was something for him to protect.

When he woke up and realized that there was no one else in the den he panicked. Shit! Why didn't anybody wake me for the meeting! He thought to himself as he started flying full speed towards the caves of ices to the south. Much to his relief, he saw that Zircon, and one other weren't too far in front of him. He decided just to hang back and follow them as he figured they would have a better sense of exactly where the meeting was taking place so staying with them would get him there. He was right.

He landed right behind them and began moving down into the chamber of ice where the meeting was being held. He saw Aries across the room, and even in the dead cold the sight of her instantly warmed him up. He started walking over to her, but saw that Zircon had takes the space next to her on the other side of Silvera. His heart sank as he thought he would have to find another place to sit, but then Silvera scooted to her left enough to make some space for him to come over and sit next to Aries. Apparently she was starting to figure out that something was starting to form between them. Needless to say, he found himself officially part of the Juthivar clan now.

He gracefully walked over towards the space that Silvera had created for him following Zircon's example and nodding at some of the other dragons as he passed. When he reached his destination next to Aries's side, he licked her along the side of her cheek and sat down next to her. It wasn't a friendly lick though. This one had deeper meaning behind is as it was soft, slow and brushed gently along the side of her neck to her cheek. The kind of lick that told her that he loved her without him putting it into words. With that he sat down and listened to what was going on. Nira was explaining the occurrence that she had explained to Alara in the volcano, and then explained what happened at the volcano. At the end of it, she turned to him and told him that it was nice to see that he had made it out alive. That they didn't see him get out of the volcano before the eruption. He smiled, Takes more than a bit of rock to trap me in a cave, he told her.

His thoughts though almost immediately turned back to Aries and her warm body laying against his. Her delightfully pure and sweet scent flooding through his nasal receptors, and just being with her. He hadn't left her side at all while she was recovering from her injuries from the Jorthian and would often times go out and hunt for her just so she wouldn't have to move as much until she was fully healed. Yes, he was beyond certain. There's no way he would have ever done so much for someone had he not loved her. he could but only hope that the feeling was mutual.

The arrogance of the dragons in the living! They thought they could ask him for help or that he could be killed so easily by a bunch of wannabe overlords?! He would have growled but stayed quite, instead allowing some anger to brew in his mind as he laid there.

In his new life he had only meet two beings that could take away his life. One being the wizard that brought him back from the dead and the other was a demon dragon that was a caretaker of Hell. The purple dragon that was going by the name of Nira was bering back such memories as he remembered she use to offer her self up to the caretaker willingly. 'I wonder if she was the one that killed him...' His mind going back to those times when he was controlled by a being that could drag his soul back to the underworld.

It was the snarling of a female that made him look, noticing that the black female that haunted his thoughts was the one doing it.

An undead dragon? Here!?

Her skin was crawling just at the thought of it. She knew of the beast and just what they were trying to propose would be folly for them and anyone else near the bastard.

"To ask for his help would just mean death to us later once he grew bored." She stated still with a hiss, eyes narrowing as she had to remember just what that undead dragon did and could do. "We best do this with out that monster and then drive him out once Jorthian are taken care of."

She turned back to Silvera and Nira. "And what weaknesses did you find? You say you found them but are not sharing them." It was clear she was tense, being around so many dragons she did not know and the threat that something more dangers then the cave full of dragons she was doing what ever it wanted.

Though Aoi could have easily taken off from these lands and let the dragons that dared stay and fight to their fate, she was not about to unless there were no other choices. It was getting harder and harder to find land that was not crawling with humans.

The black female knew him, and he was starting to remember why she reminded him of some one. It hit him like a ton of bricks, this female had willingly served the female Nira and had been a breeding tool.

Bone could take a lot, but being called a monster by a female that crushed her own eggs and others was something he would not stand. The voice in his head was trying to fight him, but his anger was to great and he was going to put the black bitch in her place. He mentally tugged for his bones to come to him, feeling him self reassemble as he slowly walked into the area where the meeting was being held.

He held him self high, holding the air of power as the red orbs in his eyes and the larger one in his chest sent a blood like tent over the ice. "I grow tired of you spreading lies about me." Looking squarely at Aoi and not minding the others as he showed up behind one female that seemed to not want to be noticed. "You who willingly killed the unborn of your own and others." He brought him great joy seeing her tense up even more, clearly not happy with having her past spread around in front of strangers. "Watch your young with this one. I've watched her lead hatchlings into quick sand and turn her back on them as they cried for help." His grin seemed to grow even more deadly. "Don't think I was a fool and did not know what you were doing, you evil beastie you. Call it what you what, but I have never killed a hatchling." He watched as Aoi was seething with anger but did nothing to defend her self, which had him quite surprised.

"And you that think you can ask for my help! Shame on you! I have no desire to help you living! You are all living to die and I'm dying to live! And then to act as if something can kill me! I've meet the only two living beings that could kill me and both are dead!" A laugh coming from him. "I might help, but for a price. Though I doubt you have anything an undead beast like me could want." With that he laid back down, showing how quickly his mood could change as he went to digging in the ice with a claw, waiting for someone to give him an offer he would like.

Thantos listened with interest at what was going on around him. So it seemed others had heard of the undead beast but did not know he was quite insane. He was grateful that Silvera quickly stepped in and said that even the undead dragon would be weak against their threat, but no matter how reassuring it was to know he did not have to work with Bone it still sent a shiver down his spine to know such a powerful creature could kill something that had cheated death. He turned his head some though, looking at Aoi and finding it odd that she would know of Bone but did not push it.

It seemed though that the undead beast was about to enlighten them all. So Aoi was not kind an any way, the things she did to hatchlings... he shook his head. It angered him that he thought of Aoi as a friend just to find out she killed children! As much as he wanted to confront her right now on the matter he did not, instead he just bore a hole into the black dragoness as he was sure everyone else was.
