His paws touched the soft grounds as you young Gemini set foot in the new environment for him. Everything seemd to be so much bigger and beter compared to his birth place.A soft smile curled on his lips as he inhaled deeply letting the air and scent of the area around him infiltrate his nose. The scent so sweet and it felt so familiar to him. His smile uncurled a bit at the idea f his old home, he missed it and this palce reminded him so abdly of it. His seagreen eyes scanned along the landscape as if he was searching for something. There, it was perfect! Under a tree he spotted the perfect place where he could go and settle down to rest for a little while. As he let out a slight sigh out of happiness, he started to make his way towards it. He could use some rest after all this walking over night, his paws were just sore from it. Gemini just let himself fall on his behind as he sat down, this spot was perfectly shaded from the sun and with nice soft grass. |

Deloi hung above the plains, looking for good prey. Spring truly was the best season for the hunt. Her eyes scanned the deer quickly, and a smile formed on her muzzle as she saw the perfect prey. It was a limping elk, probably with a broken leg, and it was slightly panting. As she let her instincts take over, she flew lower to the ground, claws touching the tops of the high grass. As the elk noticed her killer intent, they started to run. First, she chased them randomly to create a bit of chaos, but always kept her eye on the elk she had chosen to be prey. After two minutes of lazily chasing, she flew to the limping elk until she was hanging right above him. Lowering herself more, she grabbed the elk, and lifted it up. When the weight got to much for her, she simply dropped it. The elk landed hard on it's right side, and Deloi could hear some ribs snap. Not wanting to let the animal suffer, she landed next to it, grabbed it's small neck with her mouth, and shook twice. After hearing a snap, the elk fell limp. Very satisfied with her succeeded hunt, she started to drag the elk to a more shaded and sheltered place on the plain. She knew of this perfect place with the softest grass and a small stream near it with very clear water. Arriving at the spot, she sensed another dragon. Not sensing any killer intent, she proceeded forwards, but more cautious then normally, because of the elk she was dragging with her. As she neared the other, she saw he was about the same age as her. Sitting down next to the small stream, about 32 feet away from the sandbrown dragon. She sank her teeth into the soft flesh of the elk, tearing a piece of meat for the muscled neck. While slowly eating the elk, she observed the other dragon. He was a male and sandbrown from color. Her brows furrowed together as she took in his wings. He was obviously not a dragon from Selzar. Deloi found it really strange to see a dragon without front legs. Still eating, she wondered how he would walk, a small grin appearing as she imagined the strangest ways. After fully cleaning her claws and muzzle, she slowly stood. Normally she'd sleep after a big meal, but right now, she was to curious about this strange dragon. Hey, I'm Deloi from the Furick clan. Who are you? She said to him, walking into his direction. |

Gemini rested his head don the ground as he smiled at the calmness as he closed an eye. A great day it was indeed he thought as he streched out. But what was that feeling? He felt eyes upon him as if somebody was watching him, it felt unbarely uncomfterable. He rose his head up as he opened his jaws to allow a soft yawn to escape from his lips. As he them closed them up again, he started to let his gaze go over the area. Gemini let his eyes dart across until they gazed upon a young female dragon approaching him. She seemed near his age but he hadn’t seen many of her body structure before, at most a few darning his travels across the glob. As she moved closer to him he shifted his position so he could take a better look at her. Why was she approaching him. He thought as he backed up a little, she scared him mainly since he hadn’t seen anything like her before, but at the same time there was something about her that just amazed him and it wasn’t from what he saw but a distant voice in his head, it almost seemed to say to him to greet her. “Uhm” mumbled Gemini at the other dragon. “My name is Gemini…” With those words her stood up but staying low with his posture. He moved one paw to prepare himself. If she steps any closer I will run for it, he thought up as he gazed at her. |

(OOC. Watch your grammar. It's best if you re-read your post before actually posting it.) As she was approaching the other dragon, she noticed him tensing and backing away. Just when she wanted to look behind her for something that might have scared him, he spoke. It's really nice to meet you, Gemini. She told him kindly, widening her smile. She noticed how he was still in a really stiff position, like he was planning to run away any moment now. She cautiously turned her head to look for possible threats, but saw and smelled none. Confusion became visible on her face. What are you scared of? Taking a better look at Gemini, she realized by his submissive pose he was scared of her. Deloi's smile faded away. She wasn't scary... Right? Quickly, she lowered her head, so it was on the same level as his. Opening her mouth to speak, but not finding the right words, she snapped it shut again. She inhaled deeply, and tried again. Was I the one scaring you? As she spoke, she couldn't believe her own words. She had never scared other dragons. It was true she was dominant, but not scary. But she was sure the emotion in Gemini's eyes was angst. She lay down in a very submissive way. I'm not scary. She rolled over to show him she only wanted to play. See! She called out happily, having enough of this annoying submissive game. Really, all she wanted to do was play. |

((OOC: is it better like this?)) ‘Am I the one scaring you?’ had she said. ‘Yes you are’ he thought to himself as he remained low, watching her. What was he suppose to answer to that? Yes you scare me allot! Or rather; please don’t kill me! But that would just be something stupid to say, wouldn’t it? It would call her to her attention that he knew what she was up to. He would have to play this smart to get away from the female dragon. ‘I’m not scary’ He heard her say as she rolled on her back. What was she doing? Was she having an itch and tried to rub it away like this? Or….was it a try to lure him so she could strike when he would least expect it? Yes! That had to be what she was up to! Gemini took another step back, being sure he was onto her plan. He would have to get away before she would attack him. He had to run….now! Gemini made a quick turn to get away. As a loud thud sounded in the air as he slammed his head into the tree, which he had completely forgotten about, behind him. |

As she slowly rolled back over again as to not scare the other more, the sighed. Gemini was really hard to convince. And why didn't he want to play with her? She stood up, and shrugged off some of the dirt on her brown back. When she looked up at Gemini, his expression was one of horror. It was like he expected her to jump and kill him. Wait. He wasn't really expecting that, right? Deloi narrowed her eyes slightly, and took a good look at Gemini, who now seemed to tense with fear. She cocked her head a bit, and watched how Gemini's muscles tensed even more underneath a fine layer of light brown colored scales. A small, devilish smile spread across Deloi's features. This was going to be fun! She lifted her paw with a sharp movement, and watched how Gemini backed up a little. A sweep of her sharp tail caused another step back by the male dragon. The smile slowly formed into a toothy grin. 'If you don't wanna play with me, then I'll just play with you.' Deloi thought to herself. As if he could hear her thoughts, Deloi watched Gemini's eyes grow even bigger, fear and realization clearly visible. She didn't really want to scare him, but she felt bored, and this was fun. She advanced ever so slowly, keeping her sharp eyes on Gemini's fearful one's. Suddenly, Gemini made a quick turn as if he was planning to make a run for it, but his escape plan failed as soon as he hit his head hard against the tree behind him. Deloi gaped slightly at the hilarious sight before her. Gemini had fallen straight backwards, and was now lying there. Trying to hold back her laughing, but failing as muffled giggles escaped her clenched mouth, Deloi quickly jumped over to Gemini. "Are you alright? I didn't mean to hurt you or anything." She asked with a strange combination of worry and giggles. |

Ow, that hurt! Gemini’s head was feeling like it would explode at any given moment thanks to the pounding feeling. His head spinning as he tried to look and see what happened but his vision a bit blurry. Well at least he had falling on his back seemly and not different, this was a much easier position to get up from, just a roll around and then get back up. He paused in his train of thoughts. The other dragon was still near! Just as that thought had started she had spoken. No he wasn’t okay! He was on his back with blurry vision and dizzy as possible. He was a too easy prey like this! Gemini tried to looks around only to see a blurry vision right next to him. This wasn’t good news at all! Stuck and then her so close! Slowly but surely his vision started to clear up again and the pounding in his head was getting less. This all was only to get replaced by his heart pounding quickly in his chest. Quickly he tried to roll onto his stomach. No, he would not get eaten by her, not today at least! As he started to roll, he was stopped in mid roll, seemly the female dragon was standing on the membrane of his wing preventing him to turn. No, no, no! Not like this! He refused to end like this but all he could do not was panic. With a scared squeak he yelped out; ’Don’t eat me!’ |
