| Welcome to The Dragons of Selzar. This place is designed as a Role-play site where you literally live as a dragon. Dragon of the masters

Users go through a lit of work in order to create a character. So on that principle, I'm going to assign some rules to help protect the creator of each character's rights. -First and for most. All characters on The Dragons of Selzar are copyrighted materials of their creators, not the owners. That being said, some other rules that tie into this one are. -Name Changing, not allowed. If you are changing the name of the character, then you are changing the primary basis of the character, thus erasing it as the original creator's and re-creating it as your own. That is a violation of copyright. -Activity. if you are the owner of the character, and you leave the site for two weeks of time or greater without posting a leave, then the creator has the right to repossess the character and place it back up for adoption. -Minor edits are allowed with the creators permission. Minor edits include: -----Adding more detail -----Minor edits in appearance. (You can't for example take a dragon with wings and make it wingless, or make a black dragon white, color and certain aspects of appearance such as over all size is not allowed.) -----Minor edits in personality. (This is to allow the new controller owner of the character to be more comfortable during play. -Age is set in stone. This cannot be change. -Any character on this site that belongs to a user that has been deleted on this site will be placed up for adoption. Characters that fall under this category cannot be modified for the simple reason that the creators of thee characters are no longer here to give their consent on the matter. These characters can be flushed out, but their overall concept cannot be modifies, Age, Appearance, Gender, all set in stone. That is all of the rules that are in place for now. Please remember that this rules are in place to protect the rights of the creators of characters and are subject to change as other situations arise. |
