Scylla - Main character Sylar - Companion to Scylla (Only Scylla can see & hear him) ??? - An Dragon that claimed to be her brother and has killed her father and is now after her. High up in the mountains, a ridge gives a very great view of the waterfalls and the Vinor River below, a small patch of trees rest on top of the mountain. And from the trees a Dragon appears on the ridge, companied by her Imaginary companion Sylar. Scylla bends her head to look at Sylar “what is it Sylar” Sylar walks around and sits in front of Scylla “Why did you do what Scylla” Scylla frowns then grins “what are you talking about Sylar” “You broke that dragons arm, yes he may have been mea---“. Scylla’s ears quickly perked up and Sylar became silent. She quickly turns around only to be pounced by a larger dragon. She looked over to Sylar but he was gone. “Damn it not you again!” the larger dragon grins “yes it’s your brother” Scylla quickly spats at him “you killed my father “ The dragon dug his claws into Scylla’s shoulders as she moaned “Yes and your next Scylla..” he bends his neck back and strikes down and bites into her neck. She lets out a moan of pain as she struggles to brake free from the larger dragon. |

((Hope you don't mind if I join in.)) The yawn of a male dragon was muffled due to the large falls, as a large metal beast cut the water smoothly between the falls as it flew up and out of a hidden cave. Thanatos had taken to living in the caves as the clan full of females in heat were driving him insane and him being a high ranking mateless bull only seemed to add to the females longing for him. He shook his head as he flew, eyes like fire taking in the water below that he often missed since become a member of the Juthivar Clan. Wings pumping to take him higher as he was going to enjoy his day of heat free females. His wings were giving him a slight problem, groaning as they were stiff from yesterdays run around and finally escape run. A snort came from him, making a small could of smoke to rise from his nose. Females, can't live with them and can't live without them. His mind racing as one sex crazed female thought she had him cornered and was going to pounce to only be jumped over by the metal like dragon. He felt bad as she hit her nose on the rock behind him, but being settled with a female just because he could not control him self did not make him happy. His mind was just about to go over another one, of several, such occasions but was quickly surprised to see a female sitting on top of the falls. At first he could only groan, thinking it was one of the females from his clan but soon saw she was not one of the females that chased him often. Instead it seemed she was talking to someone that was not there, making him look at her in wonder. He thought on turning around and leaving her to her madness but seeing a living dragon talking to it self was better then an undead beast for company. He pumped his wings once more, forcing his body to near the mountain top so he could see if she was ok. She was soon tackled by another, still the male was a little to far to hear the words as he neared. Thanatos thought it was nothing more then a mating going on, making him roll his eyes as he landed. Dragons these days. Still, it was better to make sure as words of a rapist was going around fast. He slowly moved forward, making a lost of noise to make sure they heard him, flapping his wings close to him loudly and even his steps were kicking rocks and making groves in the ground as he walked. At least if it was a role playing mating he could at least pretend to be mentally challenged for walking in on their love making. |

The Dragon’s bite on her neck became increasingly painful. Lets go for a brief moment “I been hunting your family for some time, Finally I can end it here, Sister” Scylla’s rage boils inside also pain as the dragon grasps and breaks her left wing, then grasp for the other wing, but notices Thanatos. Scylla quickly seizes the moment and swings and head butts the dragon. Throwing him off she quickly stood up while her broken wing limped by her side. “You are not my brother, I do not know why your hunting my family, But I will end you here and now!” The dragon grins “End me? Ohhh Scylla…. But again it would be fun to have prey that fights back” he leaps into a charge towards Scylla. Scylla releases a jet of flame at the dragon and moves aside as the fire blinds him causing him to miss. He quickly turns and charges again and hits as he head butts his spikes on his head impale her side, and she slips off the edge to fall at least 6 feet onto another ledge. She quickly looks up as the large dragon drops down in front of her “your family, your father and not even you could harm me” he growls at Scylla while she look up at him in fear. |

It was clear from how they were talking and what the male did do the female that this was not a courtship. One sure way to get on this dragons bad side was to mess with a female. His eyes seemed to get even redder as he sent off a warning shot, a lightening bolt coming from out of no where landing in front of the male that was trying to harm the female. "I think it's best if you backed of." His voice holding a threat behind it. Normally a male would have puffed up but Thanatos knew he struck an imposing stance. Thirty feet tall and his body holding scars from battles he had lived though, he was not a beast to take lightly. He slowly made his way between the female that had fallen from the ledge and the male that wanted to harm her. True he did not know what was going on or why the male was attacking the female, but he was not about to sit still and watch a brute harm a dragonness. He braced him self, knowing the male would not be to happy to have someone in his way just in case the male did not back down. |

As right when the dragon was about to strike, a flash of blinding light temporary blinded the dragon and Scylla he quickly growled “What was that?!” once his vision returned he looks at Thanatos who is butting into his business. He simply grins “This doesn’t concern you.” But Thanatos still stood there. Scylla looks up at the new dragon who was standing up for her which was very new to her. She lets out a quiet thanks. The dragon growls “I only seek her blood, and that I shall get. We will meet again Sister.” Scylla growls “You are not my brother, I never had one…” the dragon remains quiet and quickly flew off and disappeared over the mountains. Scylla sighed in relief, but then wondered what this new dragon wanted from her. Hoping he will not be the same as the other one. After a moment she stood up “thanks again, but why did you help me?” once you finally get a look at her you notice she is not some kind of princess, her face is deformed a little making her not as attractive, but doesn’t make her ugly. Her dark blue color of her scales seem to hide the deform. |

Thanatos just growled as the male left. Ever muscle in his body wanted to give chase and render the male flightless for the rest of his life but the hurt dragoness he saved was hurt. He snorted, sending another cloud of smoke into the air before turning to look down at the blue female. He looked down at her, taking her face in for the first time and paying no mind to how she looked. "I cant stand males that hurt females. Nothing personal just don't like it." He laid down, leaning over the cliff as he looked at her wing. "Can you climb up? I don't know healing magic so I can't help you with your wing, but I can get you back up here if you wish." |

Scylla listens to Thanatos, and agrees to his offer, as the ledge she was on was very small and wiggling a bit, as Thanatos pulls her up she does her best to help herself up, but her side is quickly loosing blood and the wing is getting in the way. Once she got up and walked in a little while her wing dragged a bit. She sat down and grabs her broken wing where it broke at first she wince in pain but as her claw glowed and created a blue mist around her wing shoulder the wing was healed and she flapped it knocking dust and rocks off it and pushes it back to her body like the other wing. She then places her claw over her side, the same blue mist appeared and once it faded away, her side was healed. Scylla turns to Thanatos “Thanks I really don’t know why he wants, but clearly he has been murdering my family and I am the only one left.” she lets her head drop a little. “Anyways my name is Scylla.” Scylla looks where her stalker flew off at, and she can see him sitting on the mountains waiting and watching her. ( i could of made like one of your stalker females come but decided not to touch your characters :P) |

He took her claw, helping her up and using some wind magic to make sure if she slipped she would not hurt her self any more then she already was. Than then backed up, allowing her room as she walked off some her self. She was healing her self and he was glad for that as a lot of blood was on the ground. "Nice to meet you Scylla. I am Thanatos, Beta of the Juthivar Clan." He said softly, turning to see where she was looking. "I can take care of him for you if you wish." His body tensing as he rather longed to rip the male a new one. He took a step towards the male. It had been a long time since he killed a dragon but he was willing to break that streak if it meant one less dragon that found joy in harming others, mainly family if what he said was true. (Do what you wish, they are just made up characters so no real harm will come to Than from them.  )

When Thanatos says he is the Beta of the Juthivar Clan, she froze, knowing that all the clans are at peace. but not how well they are at peace. shes a mere healer for Furick clan an unwanted one as well. Surely getting on this dragons bad not only jeopardizes her life but the Furick as well. but her worry almost fades when the Beta of the Juthivar Clan wants to fight the dragon stalker. "No, it could be a trap. but again I wouldn't or could stop you. .... also uh Beta I am a Furick healer" something suddenly catches her attention, there is are female dragons nearby watching them. thinking its just Thanatos protection if he did get into trouble they would help him. but makes a wild guess they aren't for his protection. "you got some friends coming toward us..." (nah I wont control them  too much)

Thanatos turned back to her. "Well I don't think you wish to see a dragon get ripped in two." He laid down, but still keeping a slight eye on the other male. "A healer for Furick you say? They must be happy to have another healer among them. And there is no need to call me Beta. My name is Thanatos no matter what rank I have." Giving her a smile. He turned his head when she talked about his friends. His heart sank as he saw some females from the clan coming towards him. In a second he was on his feet and backing away some from the group. Even though he was a Beta in the clan, these females did not want to listen to him. "Those are not friends, those are females trying to get me to mate with them." He said with a slight growl. "I've been hiding out here for the last day until everything goes back to normal but it seems they found me." Smoke coming out of his nose due to how unsettled he was about this whole thing. "Go back to the clan!" He yelled at them, to only hear some of them giggle at him making him give a miffed look. |

Scylla gives a frown"I have seen worse, as a healer for the clan. and seeing my dead fathers body torn like that was something nobody would want to see. Also the Clan doesn’t seem to like me too well." she looks at the incoming females, one of them lands first heading straight to Thanatos, the female made a mistake by not taking Scylla as a threat. Quickly as Scylla notices the large scar down the females neck she leaps and touches as red mist appear as the scar breaks open. The female drops to the ground. expecting Thanatos to be surprised, "that healing I can do can also reverse it if there’s a scar."Scylla takes a quick Glance at the scars on Thanatos, if she did have to fight him ever, she would have a chance. But little scylla knows that the other females seem to be watching Scylla now, angered. ( at school I am limited :P) |

Thanatos did not comment on her speaking about seeing worse. He knew the pains of having family killed and he did not care to bering those memories back as he knew that though the years his memory of the actually event was most likely more gruesome then what actually happened. The talk about the clan was nothing he could comment on. He knew nothing of the Furick Clan so he could not think of anything to say. Instead he kept an eye on the female that landed in front of them, watching as she walked closer to only drop to the ground. All he could do was blink, taking in what Scylla said and putting the two things together. "Hmmm." Was all he said, knowing why she was looking at him all of a sudden. He was a battle scared male and to have all of them rip open at once would drop him out of the sky in a heart beat. He knew a fight was about to break out as the females were mad that Scylla had helped him and hurt one of their friends. "Take her home. She needs to be healed." Watching as they landed but not sure if they were going to attack or do as he said for once. |

Scylla steps away as the four other females landed in front of them, they were looking at the hurt dragon and back at Thanatos. Suddenly the wounded dragon stood up releasing a roar and shoves one of the other females out of the way to charge at Scylla. She quickly moves aside but the enraged dragon stop before being dodged and slashed at Scylla's head but misses as Scylla ran under her arm. she turns to face Scylla, but Scylla quickly releases a burst of fire into the enraged females face temporary blinding the dragon and giving Scylla time to get beside Thanatos. All the other females all stare at Scylla, "I am staring to regret doing that." as she looks worried as the other females give her the kill stare. |

Thanatos watched the quick little fight and stepped in between the group of females and Scylla. He let out his own roar, watching as the females backed away some. "She is a friend of mine. You try and hurt her and you take me on." Teeth bared as he said it. It was clear the female was still pissed. He growled, raising him self over her as he was bigger then she was. "Leave." He would not hurt them, but his tail did curl up around him, making it clear that he was going to hit any of them that go to close. |

Scylla still gets surprised by Thanatos was protecting her, made feel like she had a real friend for once, not that imaginary one although Sylar was nice, but knowing what he was made her feel and look crazy. Thanatos growl and shouting at the females to leave snap out of her thoughts. The females can clearly are thinking of pining Thanatos down and allow the enraged dragon murder Scylla. quickly making her nervous as even with Thanatos helping her they are out numbered... Above the stalking dragon dives downward understanding the situation and was going to take advantage of it, before Scylla could tell Thanatos the dragon lands behind Thanatos and Scylla. "I also want this female dragon dead I will deal with her, while you lovely females can make love to this... lovely beta dragon" the dragon as a large teeth bearing smile. Scylla can see this is not going well. ( i could of continued adding more but i decided to let you post from this) ( control the females they are yours )

Thanatos was getting pissed. Plain and simple. Not only were the females getting closer but the male had returned. He let out another roar, this one causing the wind to pick up and the air was crackling with energy. "GO HOME!" He roared, sending a bolt of lightning to shoot down from the clouds to land between him and the group of females. Normally he would have been unhappy on how he sent them off as they climbed over each other to get away from him but right now he had other things to worry about. He could always make it up to the females when the matting season was over with by hunting for them. The females were in shock as Thanatos turned from his normally 'get away' self to a much more violent type of dragon. It was different and strange, and it scared them. He no longer looked like the nice dragon they were use to but something else. They gladly turned tail and headed back home, not wishing to see just what the 'new' Thanatos could do to them. Now was not the time to think of them and just what his leaders would do to him when they found out. Instead, he turned and faced the male. Than's face was one that was ready to rip someone a new one and sadly it was the male that had unwisely come back. |

Scylla looks away from the dragon to Thanatos and the females as the lighting strikes in front of them, scared them off. she watch them scramble away. glad the main ordeal was over. But a sudden pain into her lower back forces her to look behind, surprised not what she found, but didn't. the dragon behind them vanished. she did a quick scan all around and could not find him. "Uh Thanatos?!" She waits for him to look behind expecting his reaction clearly unhappy. After a moment she notices a mark where it a appears where a claw dug into her scales leaving a scared mark simply to remind her that this stalking dragon will return. after a moment looking at it she reaches and touches it and tries to heal it so the mark would go away. but it simply didn't. "Who ever that dragon is, he is not going to give up. but one thing I know is that he avoided to enter Furick lands... Why? Don't know. Anyways twice again Thanks for helping me Thanatos, never did have a real friend for a while." |

He noticed the male gone as well. It seemed the other had some sense after all. Than was a little disappointed, it would have been fun to have a scrap but the magic he used did drain him. "He would be a fool for entering a clan's land. There are only a handful of lone dragons that I know of that can walk freely due to fear of taking them on and others out of respect. He is not one of them." He looked at her wound, seeing as how she could not get it to heal. "Well, I am a friend you can count on." Giving her a smile. "I might not be the best looking bull in the world and standing next to you makes my hide look even more scared, but I'll stand by your side if ever you need me." He slowly walked behind her, smelling the ground were the other bull had been standing. "If I were you though, I would not leave the clan lands unless you had someone else with you not until this dragon is taken care of. Besides that there is another male that is going around raping females. It's better to be on your toes. These lands are no longer safe as they once were." Sorrow in his voice as he looked to the sky, keeping an eye out for any of the threats he just named. |

Scylla smiles at Thanatos at his promise to help her, and clearly notices hes being so nice to her than all the females that came as to Scylla they look better than her. yet Thanatos kindness was something new to her. but he tone changed when he told her she should stay in the clan lands... but the very reason she left was because of the members hate towards her. and the brought up rapist, makes her lower her tail a bit lower. never experienced it and never plans to. Scylla clearly notices Thanatos sorrow. Scylla waits a moment before asking "Rapist... great. My parents death seem to of opened a book how dark this world as gotten..." "If you don't mind, could I stay with you, the clan never truly felt safe. nor I have had a true friend. May i follow you?" |

"It may seem like the world is getting darker, but even that will go away." He said softly. "Besides, a dragon that goes around raping cannot hide for ever. He already has the ire of the clans, it will only be a matter of time before he is found and most likely killed." He turned to her, giving a small chuckle as she asked to stay with him. "You can do what you wish. It's not like I can stop you." Sticking his tongue out in a playful way as he teased her about saying the same thing to him moments before hand. "I'm living in the caves behind the waterfall. You can stay in one cave with me or in your own, there are plenty. The water will make it hard for the females to find me, or you. And the male will have a hard time finding you as well." |
