Name: Abraxas Dragon Type: Western European Age: 19 Gender: Male Clan: Bahiri Clan position desired: Beta Desired Magic: Lightening: Strong Earth: Mastered Water: Madtered Appearance: Abraxas has the build of a slim fighter. He's got muscles, but not the kind that bulges everywhere on his body. He's slim, making him an agile and quick fighter in the air and on the ground. His weight can get him on ground fights, because if he's lighter than the adversary, he can be thrown around pretty easily. He's quick on his feet, as his claws are smaller than an average dragon, which helps him in speed. His scales are a light shade of black, as his underside, starting at his chest, down his stomach and under his tail, is a dark gray. His scales are more of a diamond shape, propelling him easier in the water. Toward his claws on each leg is like that gray on his underside, but a tad bit darker. But his claws are pure white, like the snow in the winter. That feature strikes out more than anything on his body, along with his golden eyes. He has sharp, pure white teeth inside his maw. Abraxas's head is slightly narrower than a normal dragon, making him more streamline in the water. Behind his jaw bone on his upper neck, there are two finlike membranes that drape over his gills, protecting them. There are two horns angleing back on his forehead, about two feet in length and black. The spikes on his back all angle back like the horns on his head for that streamline effect. In between his claws, there is a webbing to help him swim in the water. He's grown accustomed to them in the water, having been there most of his life. His tail is normal, but at the tip, it's completely solid; no flesh, no bone. He uses it as a weapon in certain situtations, and it helps well that he doesn't feel any pain from it. He's twenty-five feet tall, fifty feet in length, and has a one hundred foot wingspan. Personality: Abraxas is a tough guy at heart, but can be really sweet around friends and family. He doesn't really have a concern about what people's appearences are, but determines what they are like on the inside; personality, behavior, and how they act in certain situations. He's more attentive than others are, keeping an eye on everything around him. He can be extremely protective, especially for his family and close friends. One thing that really gets to him is seeing the pain that has to be suffered through any kind of sickness, mainly on young dragons and dragonesses, from what happened to him as a kid. It's not that difficult for him to make friends with someone a part of the clan. Abraxas is willing to help people out when they need it, but he's always wary when it comes to strangers. He's never come to trust them at all, especially if they are suspicious from the very first look. He keeps to himself a lot. With that being said, he's not much of a people person, but can be when he wants to. He likes to be alone when he's in deep thought, and chooses to have his alone time mainly at the Vervion Falls. It's a peaceful place where he can relax. Otherwise, he'll stay in his den and come out when he wants to. History: Abraxas was born in a small clan, not far from Selzar. He had two other siblings who looked exactly like him, and they were males, too. His father and mother were kind, but his father has more of a cold heart. He wasn't always there for the family, as he was a scout and would leave for months at a time, looking for threats or other clans in the area. Mainly, Abraxas would wander off on his own, never really listening to his mother. He was often troublesome, always getting into some kind of mischief. Of course, he was usually given a punishment for disobeying, but he wasn't very concerned on it. With that being said, he would train by himself, working with his magic, fighting skills, and arial combat. Flying was always his strong suit as he performed many manouvers in the air, mainly in the woods where the obstacles were tough and fun. There was a point in his late child years where his mother never really bothered with him anymore. He would often come home with bruises and cuts from the branches, but that only hardened his muscles and self esteem. With his father gone and not being as social, he barely talked when he was in the den with his brothers and mother. They always left him in his own corner, letting him have his alone time which was practically all the time. It was easy being unnoticed by the clan. But one day in his early teenage years, he was about to go off into the woods to train when he was wrought with terrible muscle spasms. They became more persistent in the years to come, and it came to a point when he got deathly sick from the seizures. The healers did all they could to save his life from the strange predicament, but the healers in the clan weren't as skilled, and when a lot of it came to his brain where the seizures started, they weren't exactly sure how to do it. One healer even died trying to figure out what was wrong with him. The healers worked hard, but their tampring with his brain would make the seizures permanent. They made them less persistent, to only once every month, but their violence never stopped. When they came to a certain date, he would often stay in his den and let the seizures take him there instead of out in public. The seizures would make him violently sick and a fever would last the rest of the day. His mother seemed to be embarrassed about it all, telling everyone that Abraxas himself had brought the seizures. When the humiliating rumors went around, he thought it time to leave. His father would be back the next day, so he might as well disappear before his father or siblings could talk him out of it. So that's what he did. Without telling anyone in the clan, he went off on his own. He left the day he turned and adult, heading to somewhere else. He didn't want to go to a clan nearby where the scouts would visit every once in a while. He had to travel far and maybe he'd find a better clan. After years of searching, he came across a water clan. He learned the huge island was called Selzar. He lived in the water most of the time, soon developing gills. Once he had the gills, he knew it would be easy to have the seizures underwater. For one thing, he wouldn't have to clean up and it would be more comfortable. He became so brave one day, that he took the courage to become a member of the Bahiri clan. They accepted him, but he never told them about his seizures. The less rumors about him, the better. He lives in the Bahiri clan now, keeping to himself a lot and staying in his mountain den at least a day before a seizure. Picture: None Other: With that being said, he has seizures once a month and doesn't venture out of his den for days. Edited by Emz, Mar 29 2010, 07:46 AM.

The only thing that I see wrong is the magics. Dragons in Bahiri must have a master of water magic, other than that he's good. |
